Our workshops encompass the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), Hospital Incident Command System (HICS), Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC), Joint Information Center (JIC), Emergency Operations Center (EOC), Department Operations Center (DOC) and a comprehensive Bioterrorism Tabletop Exercise. Our seminars include:

• Reviewing and refining existing emergency preparedness plans.
• Minimizing the impact and further spread of terrorist actions or naturally occuring public health threats.
• Detecting an incident, determining its impact and classifying the incident.
• Conducting timely government-to-government notifications.
• Directing, controlling and coordinating an emergency response.
• Department Operations Center (DOC) development and refinement.
• Managing resources including direction and control through the Incident Command System (ICS), your Department Operations Center (DOC), the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and the Joint Information Center (JIC).
• Communicating emergency information to the population at large and the population at risk including notifying people to shelter-in place or evacuate; providing evacuee support, protectinc schools and special populations and more.
• Strategic National Stockpile requisitioning and mass community prophylaxis or treatment. Transportation and treatment of victims, including patient tracking.
• Epidemiological investigation into the cause and source of a biological or chemical attack.
• Recovery and restoration of essential services and rendering the affected area safe.
• Providing post-event mental health and other social services to victims and the public, to restore a sense of well-being in the community.
